Where a heavy load needs to be transported quickly and positioned precisely; high dynamics and high precision and high performance drive are essential there. CM3C synchronous servo motors are compact, space-saving products that have all of these features.
The key factor enabling heavy loads to be transported from A to B at high speeds and with full precision; is the lowest possible ratio of the load moment of inertia to the motor moment of inertia. That's why CM3C series servo motors are characterized by increased inertia. Synchronous motors are particularly well suited for all automation, transport and transfer applications of heavy loads (with corresponding high mass moments of inertia). It handles all standstill torques from 2.5 Nm to 38.5 Nm in four sizes 63, 71, 80 and 100.
Servo motors eliminate the need for adapters and couplings, thanks to the direct mounting of the gear unit to the motor. That's why they're so small and space-saving. Overloading capacity in a short time and soft surfaces (hygiene friendly design) make medium inertia servo motors robust and dust-proof. In addition; Rotors equipped with permanent magnets provide a high level of efficiency, resulting in highly efficient operations.
