TopJet KT Series
The KT Series macro character inkjet printing systems encode any type of packaging or moving object through alphanumeric messages. These systems can use a 7-dot (KT7) or 16-dot (KT16) printhead with nominal character heights from 12 mm up to 75 mm.
 
They can be easily integrated into any type of production line or plant to print text, batches, time and date. Absorbent board, wood, coated paper, glass, metals, plastics, polystyrene, ceramics, bricks, natural stones, among others.

  • 7-DOT PRINT HEAD MODEL KT7

    • 1 line of print
    • Nominal character heights available (referring to a 7×5 matrix): 12 mm, 16 mm and 20 mm.
    • Character matrices available: 5×5 or7x5 dots (a combination of different matrices is also possible)

    16-DOT PRINT HEAD MODEL KT16

    • 1 or 2 lines of print
    • Nominal character heights available (referring to a 16×10 matrix): 32 mm, 40 mm, 60 mm and 75 mm.
    • Character matrices available: 5×5 dots, 7×5 dots, 9×7 dots and 16×10 dots (a combination of different matrices is also possible).
    • DOD (drop on demand) inkjet technology using valves
    • controlled by highly efficient solenoids.
    • Print speed: 50 metres a minute.
    • You can progressively incline the print head to reduced character height up to approximately 50% of the nominal value, a feature exclusive to the control panel model STP 700.
    • Distance between head and product to be printed: up to 30 mm.
    • It can be installed in any position.
    • 1,350 litre ink tank made of stainless steel, complete with filter.
    • Air pressure regulator 0-1 bar with manometer.
    • Ink available with the following bases: water, ethanol, mek (methyl ethyl ketone).
    • Compressed air supply for ink tank: minimum pressure
    • 1 bar and maximum 8 bar.
